In October, 2015, Visible Changes was named “Best Places to Work” winner from The Houston Business Journal, an award also won in 2012. Our award-winning hair cutting system was created by founder Maryanne McCormack after years of personal study under such hair styling pioneers as Paul Mitchell. At Visible Changes, we require all new staff members to complete our Basic Training Program, whether they are new cosmetology graduates or experienced in the industry.
